I am looking for a free online budgeting site or software that I can plug my income into and my bills to keep track of spending and develop a budget. Windows XP had a free program but I'm running Windows 7 and all I can find are trial versions, but not the actual program.

Have you tried mint.com? I used it in college, you can sync it to your smart phone, it tracks your spending and pulls up graphs for you to see where your money is going, and will even send you text alerts. It's a great, very inclusive and easy to use program.

Yes, definitely try mint first. If it doesn't meet all your needs, at least you'll know SPECIFICALLY which features you're looking for - which will narrow down your search considerably.
