Warm-up for adductors! Tricky?

I would really appreciate a few excercises which I could include in my routine to warm-up adductors and hips area! I don't have any idea which ones that could be, but it feels like I always miss that area. I don't need stretches, but movements for warming-up that area. Please share your ideas!!!

Not that tricky, here's a Pilates exercise that's really for the back articulation and strengthening the hamstrings but it can become adductor if you put a block between your knees or a book, one that's a bit slimmer than War and Peace.

www.ehow.com . . .

You see the last bit she describes when she is pulsing the legs without the knees moving inwards, that's all adductors but you can intensify it whilst using a block.

Then you're not using your adductors.
