Tahitian drum beats and Tane dance move vocabulary

I'm really hate teaching the boys the way I was taught. I would rather know the correct way of saying the dance move instead of saying 'like this' or 'like that' A lot of you know what I'm talking about...could someone please translate the tane movements for me. I really appreciate it! And on a side note, could someone also translate for me the Tahitian drum beats, with variations???

Thanks

I know the basic men's move is 'pa'oti'. I can't remember anything else at this point because I've never once had a male student and this is about all my son can absorb right now, lol!

If you go to the public library, no joke, you can find video or DVD of basic moves for girls and boys. I know I found it in Florida! If your library doesn't have it, Amazon.com has some good ones.

Also check out the Tahitian Basics Help at the top of the Polynesian section in the stickies.
