Pilates/YogaDancer Recovering From Injury

I am kind of a jill of all trades dancer (I love to do modern, contemporary, jazz, and tap) and I broke my foot back in October (5th metatarsal). It is all healed and I am trying to get back into shape as I have only been teaching the last few months and not doing much actual dancing at all since it was in a cast until the beginning of December! With that in mind, I was going to try using yoga to rebuild some of my strength and flexibility. I am still only a beginner as far as levels go. I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions of the type of yoga I should try or what I should avoid? I hope this isn't too vague!
