I take a b vitamin supplement with folic acid. I'm prone to anemia and B Vitamins are supposed to help with that (taking iron itself makes me sick to my stomach, even with food) and I take a birth control pill which is known to deplete B vitamins (the hormones use B vitamins which takes them away from the body's use of them)

I'm also a vegetarian so my B vitamin consumption is pretty low anyway :)

It is very beneficial in my case!
