Hi everyone!

I'm a bunhead looking for some expert advice/info; I am doing a project where I have to categorize dance forms, and really want your input. The set-up is that I am designing a dance directory, so have to organise all the most prevalent forms of dance, and their immediate sub-categories.

For example, my ballet (work in progress) model is as follows:

●Balanchiene (American) ●Bournonville (Danish) ●Cecchetti (Italian) ●Ecole Française (French) ●Royal Academy of Dance (English) ●Vaganova (Russian)

(Although admittedly this model needs tweaking, as the RAD is not the only representative/ambassador for the English Style).

Would you say your 'map' should look as follows:

●Worship ●Praise ●Liturgical ●Sacred

Please let me know if
a) You think any additional sub-categories ought to be added,
b) You think it is enough to have a main heading, and the subcategories are not required for a directory/class search database,
c) You think there is a universal heading which would be more appropriate than Praise/Liturgical.

Many thanks for your time and patience! I look forward to your replies.

Best wishes,
