After double foot surgeries, I've finally returned to pointe! I thought I'd jump on the bandwagon and post a couple feet photos. I am also working on improving my knees, I know they need work :P Keep in mind I've been off pointe for a few years! I am wearing Bloch European Balance and using Primasoft elastic ribbons, that's why they don't look like satin ;) I wanted to start off in a real basic shoe, which is why I chose the Euro balance. But to be honest, I HATE THEM! I think they make my feet look terrible!

So there you have it, here are my feet! :) Hopefully my next pair will be Grishko 2007 (what I wore pre-surgery.)

Nice! Just be careful, don't push it too far too soon after surgery.

Thanks!!

@Hummingbird, it's definetely been hard not to jump right into things quickly...and it's a bit discouraging to no be where I left off (but who would after a few year off!) I've actually found I don't have a whole lot of pain, except for on my second toes, which are now longer than my big toe because I had bone removed from my first metatarsal. I've also found that the scar tissue is a bit tight, and will take some stretching :P
