This problem started when Norton AntiVirus quarantined a back door Trojan called idqbe32.dll.

Since then, upon every log-on, I have gotten WARNING box RegSvr32, which reads:
>>The module
>>"C:\Users\...\Aud...\idqbe32.dll" failed to load.
>>>>>Make sure the binary path is stored at the specified path or
>>>>>debug it to check for problems with the binary or
>>>>>dependent .DLL files.
>>The specified module could not be found.

(>> added for spacing).

A full NORTON scan of my entire system and a NORTON chat session have failed to resolve.

Via Microsoft’s MSCONFIG, I have found that the only STARTUP entry calling for this dll is Microsoft® Windows® Operating System, and I don’t think it wise to disable that STARTUP entry.

I could solve it myself if I could download the real idqbe32.dll (not the virus) and instructions for installing it, but Microsoft sites have proved to be high-handed, expensive, and uncertain.

A Google search yields thousands of results but all of them seem to be come-ons for irrelevant software - without being told that the software will not work without registering and paying a fee.

Microsoft Community website availed me naught.

Does anyone have a solution?

Oops! Please let me clarify.
This problem occurs upon logging onto my computer, not upon logging onto DDN.

I have requested Mod to move this back to the computers board.
