Beginner help please?!?

I have been trained in classical ballet all my life pretty rigorously, and am now auditioning for my high school dance dream as a freshman this week. They mostly dance hiphop and jazz, and I've never done hip hop. Ever. Any basic tips? I'm scared I'll be too pulled up if you know what I mean.
Thanks soooo much!

My sister is a hiphop/street dancer and my friend is a choreographer, and in my opinion hip hop is quite an easy dance style to learn (easier than ballet, tap, etc) but it depends on your natural inclination as a dancer. Some dancers 'find' themselves in hip hop, some are more likely to dream of becoming prima ballerinas- it depends. Just go with their choreography and act like you belong.

Hiphop is very fluid and not as technical as ballet. So when you're dancing make sure you keep you body flowing throug and not so technical
