How to clean a solo dress???

I am readying my daughter's solo dress to be sold. It is white, and one sleeve cuff is particularly dirty. Does anyone have any expertise and experience on how to clean it without leaving a "spot"? We have tried several cleaners in the area and they won't touch it. Thank you so much!

The dirty part is white satin.

I would try spot clean it with Oxiclean (disolve the powder in water) - try that on a small, inconspicuous spot on the satin material before trying on a big spot though.

Baby wipes! Just the regular kind from the grocery store. I've used them on the satin part of my daughter's old dress and it worked well. I know of another mum at our dancing school that tried a few other things without luck, but the baby wipes worked (hers is a white dress also)! I'm not sure what's in them that makes it take stains out, but it also completely removed ballpoint pen marks from my faux suede couch.

Definitely test it somewhere not noticeable first, and wait for it to dry before trying it on the part you need cleaned.

Good luck!
