StrengtheningTips for holding tilts (extensions)?!?!?!

I have a competition coming up and am competing my solo. In my solo, I have to hold a tilt. I have the flexibility, however I am in need of some exercises to strengthen my legs and hip flexors so that I can hold my tilts. Any help or advice would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!
