Im looking for some ideas to help get my premier champ level dancers stronger need ideas for stamina and exercises for strength ii have good techincal dancers but they need some umph! tia

Get them to run through their dances twice without stopping, that one never fails to build up stamina.

Best thing for stamina is jumping rope. Way less wear and tear and impact than doing dances multiple times through.

Skipping rope and squats!! Also doing marathon dances like 16 step flings

We like to do aerobics exercises mixed with pilates.Really helps!

The best thing to strengthen for Highland is Highland, as my teacher always says. First step of the Sword two or three times, 100 highcuts, 100 backsteps, 100 pas de basques... The most important thing with this is ensuring that the technique doesn't slide or you're strengthening the wrong muscles. Doing 10 good high cuts is better than 90 without proper turnout or elevation. That said, building up to 100 was how I got my highcuts the way they are now.
