I am trying to learn to freak dance/ grinding however am not very good at it. Does anyone know of a website or have any pointers, help about it. I have tried looking through search engines but I have had not much help with these.

hmmmm i dont think theyd have web sites on how to freak dance lol its somethin thats in u, like in ur attitude if u flirt alot then its kinda easy lil like for me k, u see that christina aguilera move in Dirrtay? when she rolls her hips to the ground? k try that, jus have ur legs open a lil, hand on ur mid thigh, n when u reach the ground, jus bring urself up, but stik ur ass out like ALOT n jus grind it on the guy soo much fun!

Basically freaking is feeling the music and moving like ya'll doing "something else". I know when I dance to go-go or any music I set myself in a trance like state of mind. Sometimes it helps not to concentrate on your moves but on the person that you're dancing with. When the boy starts to grap your hips a lot or harder you know you're doing it right.

To me freak dancing is what you feel ya kno? u jus go with it, most of the time its grinding and rubbing.

Alot of it has to do with rolling your back.

Well, all I can say is you have to try it, like go out with someone who knows how to dance like that and pay attention so you can learn. I know I can't learn nothing by watching I have to try it with you. Anyway thats how I be when Im at the BC (breakfest club). I be willin' !!!! i just learnt by watchin heaps of clips n tryin the moves out. after that it just came naturally. just practice lots of different movements w/ ur hips n u'll get it!

But to the person who sed guys dont have to do nothing...Wat clubs are you hitting up cuz i stay at the reggaeton clubs like every other night and guys know how to dance not just stand there looking stupid.
