furthering ballet education?

Is there a way to go back to university for dance/or ballet education, etc? I'm 31 and have been dancing for about seven years. I just love it and would like to invest in it a bit more that just recreation purposes if that's possible.

Look to the program's offered at the universities you want to attend. Several have programs that would address your interest. New World School of the Arts in Miami, for instance, has a dance teacher education program that is not age-specific. I think the North Carolina School of the Arts also has one. They are degreed universities.

Dance Magazine at one point did a list every year of the various college/certificate programs. Mostly the college programs I remember in the US are fine arts degrees, meaning they are mostly for performance, although there are some that do other aspects. A friend went to study in Canada for a teacher education program, and there used to be an online RAD teacher degree program.
