I have a teacher who is trying to take over. She is talking to the kids and trying to arrange things her own way. I like her and so do students. What do I say to her?

It's difficult to give you too much advice if we don't know what she's doing, but can you write some clauses into her contract?

I agree, Raymond Lukens has a saying about SO's, "Whatever Lola wants, Lola gets' Lola being the SO, in this situation you are Lola so whatever you want you get, end of story! Teachers have to know their place and remember who's the boss.

More details would help...regardless, you need to put a stop to the behaviour and put your foot down. Are there other areas where you can encourage her to contribute towards the studio? If she has a controlling personality, it may be the reason she is Type A-ing around YOUR studio. Without enough detail, it is hard to give advice though!
