how to improve your back leap

Hi, I have a really sucky back leap and its in my solo does anyone have any tips or stretches to improve it?

Back leap? Is there any way you can find a video on YouTube or something maybe, cause it might just be a terminology thing, but I don't know a "back leap". :/

Also knowing what the issues are might help us out a bit, is it height of legs, controlling your core or back? We need a few more clues to be able to help you out.

If we're thinking of the same step, in a reverse leap or back leap, make sure you're in a good fondu with the leaping leg in retiré. As the leg developpés derrière, spring off the supporting leg, pushing up and back. Battlement the front up as you go back and try to find your split in the air. Roll down on the back leg and step backward out of the leap.

Or do you mean something different?
