I'm a 36DD so I ALWAYS wear a bra. The only leo I don't wear one under are the Capezio Bra-Tek leotards.

Nope, leotards are usually tight enough even without a shelf, so my A cups have enough support. Probably completely depends on the leotard and your breast size

No. Usually the leotard's material is thick enough that I don't have to worry about anything showing through. And if something does so happen to be visible beneath my leotard, my body tights usually take care of it.

No, I have not needed one as I am small also, ("A" / small "B" cup), so my leotards provide enough support for me and the 'ladies' even during my jumps.

I don't really, one because I don't like the feeling during class, and secondly, I don't really need it. I know girls who do but they are mostly either trainer types or sports bras.

Did you know that with a little sewing experience one can ADD shelving or cups to a leotard that does not have shelving?

The metal boning in some of my older bras was poking through the cups one time, so I removed the boning and straps and attatched the cups to the inside of a Capezio leotard. Worked like a charm, but you have to analyze both bra and leotard most carefully beforehand to ensure that you don't accidently cut the wrong threads or seams.
If you do, the material will unravel rapidly if the seams are not fixed immediately.
