Anyone give some advice on what to do with milliskin tights that are coming apart at the seam in the crotch. They are fairly new, and well treated, I don't know how this happened. Any suggestions to salvage these tights? Cheers, Fred.

You don't mention the brand but assuming they are the right size! When tights are made esp those with seams down the inside leg like MStevens sometime when the cross seam is sewn it trims the thread to the edge of the fabric. When you put tension on that seam the needle thread pull away from that seam end and you have what appears to be a split. Ease to resewn on a zig-zag machine. Most dry cleaners can fix that if you don't have someone handy that knows how to do this repair. Restitch the opening starting about and inch away from where the opening starts and take it an inch beyond the opening. Properly done they won't open again.
