Has anyone ever sold a studio? Maybe a dumb question, as I'm assuming everyone is currently a studio owner lol. I've had my studio for 17 years but am looking to sell. Anyone have any advice, knowledge or general input?

When I went to purchase my studio, I used a business broker. They specialize in helping buyers purchase businesses and help business owners sell their business. Pricing can vary widely and can be fee based or results based. Results based is usually a higher fee (5% or 10% of the sales price), but you only have to pay if the deal goes through. Best of luck with your sale.
