thera-band not grippy

Hi everyone,

I like to use a thera-band for stretching, mostly for foot exercises. However, mine has a powdery kind of feeling to it, and slips off my feet quite a bit...any thoughts on how I can make it grippy again? If it helps, I bought the roll that you cut pieces off, not the singular band.

By the way, someone on a different forum already suggested I tie a knot for my foot, but I am looking to resolve the issue by making it grip, not just tying knots all the time.

We make sure that it hooks partially over the toes and if you use it bare footed it should stay put as you exercise.
