Contemporary Dance help!

Hi guys,

I'm relatively new to teaching (UK based) and i need some help fully understanding and planning contemporary classes for all ages. I've done contemporary for many years but always as a student and now i have to teach it i seem to have forgotten everything i've ever known about the style ugh!

Can you help me by reminding me the structure a contemp class tends to follow, what exercises to do etc?

Also i need advice on how best to choreograph routines in the contemporary style because i feel like everything im creating at the moment is more like lyrical, jazz etc.

Any help is very much appreciated, links to site, books, videos, own knowledge, absolutely anything! I feel like an idiot having to ask
