Triple Beat Rhythm in the Highland Textbook

I'm not sure if anyone even still looks here, so I may be waiting awhile. But does anyone know if the RSOBHD technical committee plans to change the highland textbook music section, where it states that "In the dances described in this book, triple beat rhythm is not used in the counting of steps or movements to music..." (page 58), now that there are many examples of triple beat rhythm in the highland dances?
* Lowcut movement
* Entrechat movement
* Fling Crossover 3rd alt - shake is triple beat
* Fling Crossover 4th alt - lowcut
* Fling Crossover 5th alt - shake and lowcut both
* ST Entrechat steps (both) - Entrechats
* ST Entrechat endings - Entrechats

I'm wondering if they plan to do a textbook edit for this? I haven't heard anything yet, but the counting in the book for these instances is clearly triple beat.
