This one looks like youre leaning a little to one side and that'll make you loose balance easy. But it looks good! A really good stretch that helps with scorps is doing a headseat.

That looks good! Try to work on your back flexibility and your splits. By working your back, you'll get to get your leg higher, and your scorpion will be even better. What I do, is I sit in a split and I take my left leg and I bend it and then I reach my head back and try to touch my head to my foot. (That position would resemble a regular scorpion, only you're on the floor.) I wouldn't recommend doing headseats unless you know the proper way to get into them because you could hurt yourself. Just do simple bridges and other things to stretch your back out. Good luck!

Yea I guess you shouldnt do a headseat until you know how. Sorry, I didnt think about that. But the above stretch is good, just make sure to center yourself.

you look like you're struggling in the scorpion. I can tell b/c you're barely holding the tip of your toes and your forearms are facing down, like your arms are trying to meet your foot rather than your leg extend to your hands. Also your upper body isn't squared of (facing forward). It's turned out to ALSO compensate for the fact that your leg and lower back ARE NOT flexible enough yet to do the scorpion on it's own. Did you struggle to get it up there? & did you lower back ache a little after you executed the scorp? If that's the case then the signs are right, but don't worry, EVERYONE'S scorpion starts out that way. All i can say is stretch that lower back and lean back when you're in your right splits, this stretches out your lower back AND your legs. GOODLUCK and PRACTICEPRACTICEPRACTICE!
