Ok, so this is my very FIRST time trying to copy down choreography from a video so im sorry if it don't make sense or it's crappy! lol. I doo suggest you try n grab a copy of Live in MSG just so, ya know wut the heck im talkin bout! lol. Here goes

I got no strings to hold me down to make me fret or make me frown, I hate strings but now Im free there are no strings on me.
Puppet poses until I hate strings
. Slowly bring arms and head up in front.

Jagged arm and leg movements, like being pulled on strings.
After ..Place to go. Theres a twiddly bit, just twiddle your hands.(exaggerate, make it noticeable or theres no point really)

Jagged arms and legs, bend over on me.
Loosing Strings Bit
Stand up
Turn right
Stick right arm out
Use left hand to pretend to loosen off wrist strings.
Look up, as if to watch the string fly up.
Look back (straight in front, still to the right)
Look to front.
Turn body to front (hands by side) ------Baby youre not the only one
Turn left
Stick left arm out
Use right hand to pretend to loosen off wrist strings.
Look up, as is to watch string fly up
Look back (straight in front, still to left)
As you turn to the front, flop/collapse body to the right. (to do this just bend both knees, with the right a little more bent, and lean to the right- make it as puppety as poss) Spring back to face front.
You dont have to be afraid to fall in love
This is the bit where *NSYNC fly further towards the audience, we obv cant do that, unless you got that sorta equip
Slowly bend, bringing arms up like wings as if to fly, and just slowly move about. I suggest (sticking with the whole puppet thang!) to look at hands and feet sorta like Woah
.im not a puppet no more! lol, sounds stooped but affective!
Jump into place on the beat
Punch right arm on the left side of body, then the right side.
Punch left arm on the right side of the body, bending down with it.
Stand up straight.
Cross left hand to right shoulder
Then right hand to left shoulder
Left hand down but bent at elbow
Move left hand to head and right hand behind both arms bent as well as body.
(remember all done on the beats)
10 clicks as you walk into position by the edge of performance area.
Soon after 10th click all pose towards one direction for explosion/firework.
Another 10 clicks into position into middle of stage.
Point right arm back
Point right arm in front
Point left arm in front
Point left arm back ( on beats)
Really crazy fast, energy bit!
Slowly bend down
Jump bringing knees up
Hit knees with fists
Turn slightly to right
Brush left shoulder with right hand
Punch left arm down
Punch right arm out in front
And place left hand on right elbow crease.
Nod (up-down)
Jump twice back (high jumps but dont travel too far back)
Put tops of hand on hips, move elbows back then forwards
Look right, look left.
Jump kicking right leg and both arms forwards but bring them back to body.
Step on left leg and spin to face the back.
Punch both arms out to left side but look right & flick hands
Turn left to face front
Bring arms up, clasp hands and body thrusts
Look down to right

As if about to step left on left foot, shrug left shoulder then right then left

Tap right foot behind body then in front and body roll up.

3:Roll right arm up to top right (in diagonals)
4:Roll down to bottom left (in diagonals)
5:Brush hands down body, bring back to chest
6:Push hands away from body, bring back to chest
7:Punch right hand down and left hand straight out to left side, bring back to chest.
8:Punch right hand down and left hand to head.
Those were just the arm movements I suggest you try and grab a copy of *NSYNC Live In Madison Square Garden for that bit, so yall know what I mean esp. for the feet, right on with the feet.
Small grapevines left to right in till you reach number 5 with the hand movements.
Turn to face left on 5 stepping back on your left foot.
When you do the punches you do little Dopey Shuffles to the left, not moving much.
(dopey shuffles= ya ok I made it up but ya know. Ya know how Dopey, yes from Snow White, kinda has to shuffle
to keep up with the other dwarves in the movie?? Well do that only give it more of a jump than a shuffle- I know its got a real word but Im tired and I cant think of it right now)
Step into place bringing knees high.
