Hey everyone! If this worked it finally let me post it! My computer has been really weird and wouldn’t let me post new topics for a while. Oh well lol. Anyway, as you may have noticed, the advanced team has grown incredibly large...14 people. The company team has also grown...8 people including the new person I just added. So I talked to Caitlin, and I think to Elyse, and we decided the best thing to do would be to split the teams up into smaller teams, b/c new people keep auditioning everyday. So here will be the new teams:
Now let me explain how we did this. The advanced and pre-company teams are still at the same level, they’re just 2 different teams now. We also decided that having some people on company and pro just didn’t make sense, so we made them 2 different teams. We didn’t really kick Leah off of pro-company, but she hasn’t been to a single rehearsal or anything since I took over, so for right now we just made her inactive. Also, people will be moving up to different teams if needed. If we get a bunch of new people all on the advanced team, a few of the older advanced team members will move up, and same w/ all of the other teams. We want to keep the teams as even and balanced as possible.
This also means we will have new songs for the new team(pre-company), and pro-company will have 1 new song added on to the 2 they already have. The songs will be in another post though.
that was a great decision I mean it was getting a little out of hand with a lot of people on one team and like 3 on another so thanxs for making sense out of this
Sounds great! Do you have a name for the pre-company team yet?
Oh and you've probably noticed this too, but the advanced team needs new placements for 'Come on get up' now that we're not with so much people anymore Lol!
OOh hey I'm on a team...lol. Sorry I haven't been around much guys. I've been busy with real dance..haha. But now that I realized I'm on a team I'll be here more often. I promise
