My ALL time favorite tapping song is The Devil Went Down to Georgia by Charlie Daniels Band. My older sisters did a dance to that one year for recital and it was cute; they kind of acted it out, one as Johnny and one as the devil and they had fiddles and everything.

my teacher for that past 4 years has done commercials. the first year did "body in motion", second was "flip fantasia", third was "jung at heart"-master cylinder, and this year we did "woo hoo" by the 5678's. commercials seem like a good way to go, because our dances have always been unreal, and so much fun!

Here's some of my ideas:
Man With A Hex -Atomic Fireballs (this one's fast)
Amazing Mayzie -Seussical soundtrack (lots of personality)
I'm Not Ok- My Chemical Romance (this would make a killer number, but it would definitely need to be edited)

hope this helps
Well....

My class danced to Sing Sing Sing. It was awesome. "Funky" music really brings out your personality, and the dances are usually fun.

Boogie Wonderland!
It was our opening number. We did the one that Brittany Murphy did for the Movie Happy Feet! It was so cool. But even Earth, Wind, and Fire's orignal version is great.
