that is an amazing leap! I have been dancing on and off for a while. i was wondering if I would be able to become that flexible like that even though I am not that flexible but I hope to be. Is there any advise that you can give me to help that flexible.

Her leap is so tight and neat. Well, some/many gymnasts do this leap also, but they cannot do it as well as this one. When they trun, then they leap, but when the back leg is up, their front leg is going down already. Very few gymnast can do this leap in a horizontal line, like look at Betty, her leg position is like a split.

It's so great that you all like the picture as much as I do.
Sammiesmalls: gymnasts has very extreme streching-methods. To
be as flexible as Paysieva is in this picture you have to go
through a lot of pain. Sad but true. Just be careful so you
don't hurt yourself and be sure to strech the right way so you
don't get any injuries!!
