I need advice about my pirouettes

OK so for the longest I've been able to hit doubles every once in a while but not all the time so I started to try and examine my self to try and figure out why my doubles wasn't so clean since I had been able to do them for a while and then a couple of days ago I found out that I had been slightly bending my supporting leg and that's what kept me from not always being able to get around twice.
Well, since I've been working on keeping it straight I've been getting around my doubles pretty good except my only problem is that when I get around the first time as I'm going for the double my leg goes out of releve and it ends up flat on the floor but I still make it completely around the second time only because of how hard I pushed off. Do anyway have and suggestions on maybe why my foot won't stay in releve?
Did I explain my situation clearly?

Hey i like this whole idea.
i need help with my coupes
i need to have a clean triple coupe in two weeks. i understand what a coupe is and i have a clean double piroutte.

the trouble is that when i go to do my triple coupes i fall out after doing two. is there a way to not fall out?

the way that i have to do it is move my arms with the number i've done meaning, when im doing one my arms are low, two they are centered and three they are high. i dont know if i'm paying too much attention to that so i lose spotting.

need help please!

crazycindy-
uh well i've only got my double coupes down but i would just try all the regular piroutte advice out and apply it the coupes. maybe since your not pulling up into full posse your not getting into full relive which could stop your turning. my teacher also tells us to remember to keep our shoulders down even when we're bringing our arms up! good luck!

Great post! I'm having a lot of trouble with toe rolls. I know your supposed to push your hips forward to try to get up but when I try to do them I can barely get off the ground. Any advice or tricks that worked for you?

Wow, this is a great post. Can anyone recommend a book that can summarize some these terms? I know that there are tons of books like these for ballet.
