The title says it all! Any tips on how to get this scale up in extension!!!

She looks a little toe heavy. Tell her to lift up her big toes. That might help some. Remember to squeeze! Stay tight! As tight as possible the tighter you are the lighter you are! And the more stable you will be!

It looks like all the bases hands are jumbled together. The back spot should be holding and pulling wieght up with both handss on the flyer's ankle.The front spot should place their hands a little higher than the back spot(if they can reach). If they cant reach place the front spots hands on the bases' wists and help suport the wight that way. Make sure the bases sponge before extending arms, and have the flyer to be extremely tight.
