I can do some stuff like that, I'll post some pics when I get a salute. Really, It requires practice, and you need to work at it every day so you can progress and keep your flexibility in tip-top shape. If you have the will to become that flexible, and have the time to practice, you will become more flexible. For some tips on getting more flexible, go to the 'stretching' forum, I'm sure they'll be more that happy to help!

oh sweet thanks. yeah but its hard because i dont have that much time, i have track everday and i have to be pretty dedicated to it. and then i have so much homework and im involved with friends a lot, lol. but i bet in the summer ill ve mroe than enough time. well, i hope.

yeah, although my sister says that she's anorexic. (my sister is not a rythmic gymnast, or a gymnast or dancer of any sort for that matter) I think she is an inspiration to gymnasts and dancers alike. I strive to be like her and, even though my coach says my flexibility is "unbelievable" I still have lots of room for improvement. I think she's amazing and seeing her doing things like this effortlessly is inspiring. meh, thats all for now!

It isn't a nice picture but there is a quit talented girl with really attributes....

i think the picture is normal...if ne one else tried to do that theres no other palce for your ribs to go except stick out.

I so much agree with HipHopDanca - this is a great picture and shows awsome flexibility! I wish I could do this and believe me if I could I wouldn't mind if my ribs stick out or not,i would just be really happy! Keep stretching people!

She can't do the move correctly, Laysan Utyasheva has better back flexibility, she can control it better, Kazakova has lower back flexibility, but none in the ribs to keep them from jutting out like that, judges don't count elements done with that much rib exposure,

oh well, atleast shes trying

but that sort of stretching can lead to injuries, the body should be evened out...
