I am going to be trying our for my HS's pom team in about a month, but I still need to work on my fortes, tours, and I want to be able to do a solid triple. The problem is is that I've had a lot of bad pratices and as much as I pratice, I just can seem to get them down. Any advice??
Plus, I heard that flexible people cannot jump as well as non flexible people, is that true?? Any help for toe-touches?? 1 Replies to Tryout technique |

Well for your toe touches you will want to get alot of power. try keeping your weight in your shoulders and when you swing down have your hands in fists. thats all i can think of work hard with them see what works best for you. good luck!! |
