Hi

Does anyone know how the arms are ment to go in the look out step? It's just i've seen people doing two different ways.

Each studio/teacher has a different method. I would suggest trying each method out to see what feels comfortable for you.

What are the two different methods?

I just take the arm out and up to 'salute' (that's what it reminds me of!) at either side.
