Hiya!
This is Maylinn, flyer on the junior squad I'm coaching. She is really felxibel, and this is her first bow n arrow in a stunt. We are working on getting it in high now. Just wanted to share even though it was taken in januray.

Thats awesome!! I've been working on my kids flexibility, and their getting scorpions on the ground, and most can do stretches, but none of them are up to bow and arrows yet. |

Looks great! She's such a cutie..aww. Her foot looks kinda awkward though..it's like bending backwardsish. Anyhoo, cool! I wish I could do a bow and arrow..ha good luck!  |

Hi I'm new to dance.net......
Aww, shes so cute, and the bow and arrow is really good. The only advice I would have for it is don't have te front spot hold her knee in the prep unless she can reach the knee in a full as well. I'm aflyer but am limited to one footed stunts because I have trouble locking out do to hyperextended bow legged knees. On the ground I can do bow and arrows, heal stretches, front stretches, scoprions, scales w/e but not in the air unless I have a tall front that can hold onto my knee and push it back nd steady it. Besdies that she seems like a very good cheerleader! Good luck |

She is really cute. Those little kids are so flexible... Gad. I bet you have a blast teaching those kids. I taught both 5th grade and 8th. Sorry guys - the 5th graders rocked! They were so cool and had so much pep!

I like the bow and arrow, though I am not a cheerleader. And I cannot join cheerleading. Cause Gymnasttics and cheerleading where I love do not mix lol. But She is "pretty" flexible. |

what a cutie patootie. just make sure when she puts out her arm it's parallel to the floor. in the pic it's somewhat pointing towards the ceiling. |
