I'm trying out for Social Officer, and one of the activities I'd like to do is give the team rewards each day b4 contest, but I want new exciting things to do for them.

I was hoping for y'all to give me an insight on one kind of things y'all do for your team as a reward. Some examples I have is a day off from kicks, or no lap, or a small snack before breakfast, or wear anything you want one day, etc.

It sounds like you've got some really great ideas! They're really original. One thing our social officers did for camp was a camp survival kit...it was this basket that had a snack, a water bottle, candy, wrist bands fun stuff like that...It wasn't really an award, but maybe you can take the idea and run with it.
