i guess i will teach this for a while
hmmm
spread out and do 25 fan kicks
hold a right y stand for 2 minutes
hold a left y stand for 2 minutes
jazz runs across the floor
line up in a line
and do this:
kick to prep.jazz pirroette(3)
repeat 2x
chasse right w/jazz hands rock step
chasse leftw/ jazz hands rock step
repeat from beginning
practice fouttes
SPREAD OUT
if you can get atleast 7 please tell me

its been floating around and i gave alot of my classes away so i thought what the heck go ahead and teach 1 class |
