Hey well i quit drill team on saturday we had a practice from 9 am to 9 pm like usual to get ready for our spring show and well i got into a heated argument with the director and then i was goin to talk to her like apologize and stuff and she basically called me stupid and asked why couldnt i use my brain so i went off and i was like i am leaving and so she put me on probation so i cant try out for officer in three weeks and she took me out of the spring show wich is all we do all year except football season its sad cause i was up for captian next year and i would have deffinatly been a lt. i am really sad but she really didnt leave me any other choice our team has really fallen apart i mean even the captian was crying cause she hated it so much and our jr officers quit to try out for cheerleading one made it one didnt o well thats life right i dont miss being a VIka i miss the grls and my friends though sorry i just wanted to tell someone who understood what drill team is like

Aw that must have been a real tough desision to make. Is drill team something that you love doing? or was it more like a hobby? If i was you, i wouldn't have walked out. You should have fought back, and if she called you stupid, you should say that she has no right to say that.

I hope you find another team soon.

Is there another team near you that you an try out for?
It doesn't sound as though your old team is gonna last much longer, if everyone is as unhappy as you say.
Just hold your head up, join another team, and let your old team see what they lost out on!

I'm so sorry we had one of those days on our team. We were all falling apart at contest. And finally it all just piled up and we all got our director mad and she didn't throw a fit but she was furious. We all made the officers cry because of how we acted. I was the first person in they're room consoling them. I felt so bad there was nothing that I could really do or say to them other than telling them how I really felt. It took us all night to sort things out and the next day at contest we did awesome. We're getting ready to have officer tryouts so I'm so uber nervous it's not even funny. I really hope that I make it. I've been working for this for 3 years and I believe that I've showed my director my leadership qualities.

So are you going back to the team next year at all or are you just flat out quitting. Cause I know that we just lost 1 girl and we have spring show tomorrow and it's really hard cuase now the dances have holes and really there isn't anything that we can do. it's so crazy. You team probably all feels the same way as you do. They're all behind you because they're like your sister. Just think posative and life will go good for you.
