I can't really see cuz the pic was small but from me squinting, i think that you all should leave your attires how it is. Wearing different clothes represents who everyone is indivdually.

yeah definatly don't all wearthe same thing, can look tacky. A good thing that u could do would be to wear the same colours, but different styles of clothing, for example, one person has red t shirt, the other has red tanktop, theother has red hoodie...and then for black pants, u could have osmoene with bvlack shorts, khakis, jeans or sweatpants. Keeps the individuality alive while still showing that your a group. Good Luck!
