this is my first year to be on drill team i will be a sophmore next yr. I've been taking dance lessons by the director since october of 2003.. and i hope to become an officer. Yea i haven't been on for such a short time so i decided to learn all the stuff that i can if i plan to become one of the best! So far i've preformed and was introduced at our spring show.. we preformed 1 dance:? yea the 1st night i thought i did fantastic i was on the first row..(that's good seein the director has been known to put the ones that do better in the front) yea well the next night i thought i would do just as good but i lost track on about 6 counts lol it seemed like forever and i wanted to run off and cry....

ne ways after that we had summer recital. we did a tap and jazz dance. The girls totally messed up the tap. one girl lost count and stop then everyone else did but i didn't know b/c i was in the front..i kept going!! boy did i look dum lol ..the director made us start over while she preformed it below the stage..yea i felt like a lil kid!

neways i just need to work on every thing like kicks splits spins russians leaps and all that we've learned lol
