Currently, I would have to say a 1 except for a few people who try to get the house up and moving

Gatherings for people to get to know each other better and maybe some sort of system of whos in charge of hosting different things

i say an 8 and a half

yeah,except sometimes there are many that arent the best organized and it is hard to keep track, i think there should be 2 or 3 activities at one time and after those are done(or 1 ) then you can start a new one,otherwise they dont get completed.
