BalletFanatic, i used Microsofts Picture It to edit the images and give them their groovy background and watermark, then I used Paint Shop Pro's Animation Shop 3 to make the animations.

hey! First of all, thank you so much for posting this. I am on pointe, and i have been working for a while on strength in my ankles and feet. I've been told many times to try these same excersizes, but now i've been motivated by you. I guess it helps to hear it from someone different every now and then.
if you know of any other excersizes that help with ankles, in particular. Let me know!!
