For their left and right, get cheap plastic bracelets that are colored. Give everyone one bright color on one hand and one ankle and one on the other in a different color.

I teach Green hand is Right and Red Hand is Left, or something like that.

You have to keep repetition for them going with simple moves. Get an assistant to help them and ask mom to tape them from the back so they can practice at home by watching themselves.

Make them say the steps out loud. Yes this is stuff I do with very young ones, but it may work with them.
