This is a wonderful guide, but i just started dancing about 2 years ago and am 19 years old. So unfortunately i didn't get the vocabulary training that you guys did..are there pictures along with these instructions anywhere so i can actually see whats being done? A lot of the instructions are greek to me

Being a perfectionist and having some training as a Physio, I was wondering if you or anyone else would mind if I tried to compile all the info from your post and all the links into a slightly more organised guide without repetitions of the same advice and lists of exercises that are more suitable for beginners or advanced students?
I've c/pd all the info into a word document for myself, to make things easier when I'm stretching, and to have a printout to take with me, and am currently organising it for myself, but if it would be ok with y'all, I'd like to share my work when it's complete.
