I was wondering if rehersal rooms 2,3,4,and 5 could be cleared, no one is using them

No. We will not clear the rooms.

Preserving the history of the boards, and of the site is important to a project like dance.net.

Removing all the messages will destroy that history.

Also, every message has to be removed one at a time, and takes several minutes to remove - it's simply too time consuming.

You may lock the messages if you wish, but the messages remain.

I seem to remember this question getting asked once before, and I'm pretty sure it was by you dancerat. We're not clearing off any of the boards - so anyone in charge of a board that can see this, take note.
