Wow disco looks and sounds like so much fun! The costumes are so pretty and the dancing looks awesome. I wish they offered disco in the United States. I really want to try it.

It's really interesting for me to read about disco in the UK, 'cause I do disco too, but I live in Sweden and here it's a LOT different I could explain Swedish disco a bit more if anyone's interested... but it'll probably take a while haha But basically, we do less leaps/flexible things and more dancing... and we don't run around in circles

Very well explained great post. We have done freestyle for around 6yrs and love going to comps most weeks however tiring.
