Ok, let's start with some basic stretches.

face barre in parrallel position(feet and knees facing straight out). Plie and stretch, relevay and stretch, grand plie, stretch. Turn out to first position and repeat, then repeat in second, and both fifth positions.(if you don't understand what I mean by 'plie' and 'releve', sign up for the begginner ballet class in the Ballet Department. I use the Cechetti method.)

Another stretch. feet in first, face the barre. Tendu to second, and back to first. Repeat 4 times. take a grand plie and hold 8. Repeat whole excersise once. Then take a portabra(1st) and lower arms to 5th low(or first for the Russian method).6 tedues to second, then back to first and repeat on other side.

One last stretch. prepare arms and leg, four grand battlements to the front, 4 to the side, 2 to the back, 4 to the side, and 2 to the back. Repeat on other leg.

Now some isolations. Move your head back, forth and side to side. Now move your shoulders. Then your torso. Your hips and legs? Now try them all together.(each body part should be moved for at least 8 counts.)

Awesome class though! I am going to go sign up for the beginner ballet so I can learn what the postions are and things!
