Ok. I think we need to get this started. This is the coustume.br />


Our music is on this site. danshep.net scroll down to Moon River by Franz Haydn. The music is a little slow so you will have to listen to get the timing.


The people who have signed up are ash89dancer(a), stagebrat(s), everdancing(e), nikiyaballerina(n), and DanceChik2012(d). In this dance each of us wil have a liitle solo while others are in a pose or whatnot.


Choegraphy

First 8- A and S pique arabesesque on stage. A on stage right with the LEFT and S on stage left with the RIGHT. Fiyea though and rondechome to crosie devant. A should have the left foot in tendue with the right arm up and S should be the oppistie. Lift to passe and extend to arabesque. Plie pas de bourre to fifth and sousse with arms in fifth. Hold till told to stop.
Next 8- E when A sousses start the same thing she did and D do as S.
Next 8- E, A, D, and S go to your tendue crosie devant as in your first step and hold. N this is your little solo. Slow pique turn. Plie in fifth with right leg in front to sousse with arms in fifht. Pas de chat and step into a soutenue trurn. Arms are up the move into a V.
Next 8- Still N only. Chasse to tendue derriere to the right with the right leg as the supporting one bring right arm down and up. Do the oppiste to the left. Bring the leg in tendue to 90 degree front extension. Grande rondechome to arabesbue and peneche. Come down to fourth and do a doudle ondeor piroutte to the right.

Ok. Here is some more.

Next 2 counts- N holds her fourth for 1 and the rest of you your pose you were in. N you should be at center stage. Pivet to face front with your right leg in tendue back with arms in a high V.
Next 16 counts- Close whatever pose your in to fifth. These all have the same timing. Out for 1 and in for 1. Echappe releve to fourth. With arms in first arabesque. Close. The left should have the right foot in front and N and the right side should be the oppisite. Ecappe side with arms in second. Again this is a releve. Change feet. Left siders should have the left foot in front and the right siders+N vice versa. Now do an echappe to fourth exactly oppisite as before. Then agian to the side changin feet. Reapeat the echappes. Each set of 4 takes 8 counts.
Next 24 counts- Everyone tendue croise back with your same arm as leg up in fifth and other in second. So the left siders with left arm and leg and right siders with the right. Hold for 4 counts A your solo is now. N and you will run to eachother curtsy and replace eachother. Both of you courtsey with the left leg as the supporting one. A run out to center chasse with right leg in front then pique arabesque on it with arms in third arabesque. Turn to the right and do the same with the left foot in front. This time fiyee through. Do a 3 quarters pirroutte to face front. This turn is to the right with the right foot in passe. Close back. Rise to sousse with amrs in fifth. Begin to bourre in place. Sway arms to the right for 2 and then the left for 2. Reapeat. Plie and slide down to a kneel with the right foot in front.
Now before I go on I have to tell you something so you can understand this. E and D when you make your entrance you go behind the people already in place.
Next 10 counts- S and N bourre to the left with the left arm up and right arm is second for seven. On eight Bring your left arm down and the right up up to create a diagonal. Plie in fifth and ronechome ondedon with the left. E and D do that to the right.
Next 10 counts- S and N do the bourre sequence to the right and E and D do it to the left.

I'll post more later. Oh, N when you make your solo entrance your coming from stage left.

Next 16- D and E waltz turn twoard center. D to the right and E to the left. Do 2. Come to A and grab her hand. D with the right and E with the left. D and E raise to sousse with the oppisite foot as the hand in A's. while bringing A up. A rise to souuse with whatever foot you have in front. D and E pick up your front foot and land in plie fourth with it in back. A let go and replace E. Double piroutte to fourth. D pique arabesque with arms in first arabesque on the left leg. Plie passe with arms in first releve with leg in front and arms in fourth. Step to tendue fifth arabesque with the left leg. E when D tendues do the same thing to the right. D when E tendues turn to the left and chase tour jete to fourth. Land with left leg in back. E when she lands you start it to the right. Run back to your line E replace S and take tendue croise derrier to the left.

Next 16- S solo TIME! When E runs to your spot run to quarter in B plus with the right leg back. Chasse tombe pas de bourre glissade pas de chat to the right. Repeat to the left. Take 2 steps to first arabesque with the left leg. Promande to the right. Plie pas de bourre to sousse. Plie chasse forward to tendue back with the right. Curtsie and run off. The music stops.

Next every besides S will on there own run out to bow. S you have already bowed. I don't want certain arms and legs. Just run to center curtsie and run the oppisite direction from where you came. This is the order. E, N, D, A. Now grad hand with the girls on your side of the stage. Run on Step to the left curtsie step to the right and curtsie. Run to the wing where you came from. This is ALL holding hands.
