So here is a post I think we need.
What is the one peice of advice you wish someone would have told you before you became an officer or while you were an officer?
Here is mine:
Learn to let things roll off your back. Dont be a dictator. The girls will feed off your energy, if you seem excited to practice and pumped up about the things you are teaching, they will be to. Dont let your stress show!
One more:
If you are frusturated with ANYONE on the team, instead of telling someone else tell your mom or write it in a journal. If everyone on a team did this I cant even tell you how much drama it would prevent! 4 Replies to Officers |

I'm not an officer but when i saw the Don't sweat the small stuff thing it reminded me of this one time i was at church camp and we were having a group time and my counsler gave us the best piece of advice. Don't sweat the Small Stuff....Everything is Small stuff. |

I wish someone would have told me that it takes the girls on the team time to get use to you being an officer. At first it was awkward but now its fine |
