Hey how is everyone this week?

Ok today I am going to do three new moves.

The first one is shoulder rolls: some of you may do this in jazz. But we will add more and different movements to it. So what you basically do it you rolls your shoulders. It is kinda hard to explain. But I hope y'all know what I am talking about. You just stand still and roll your shoulders.lol

the second one is the alternate shoulder roll: You put your right shoulder up while dropping your left shoulder. Then you do the same thing with the other side. Now you're going to do it while you are bending back and forth, your hands are in fists.

and the last one I call the punch jump:You take your right arm take it out and put it straight across your chest with it bent, then do the same with your left. Then jump to the right side.But while you jump you punch your arms in like I emplained. Now try it going the other way.
Note:At the top I posted a picture that is doing it. It is a very very bad picture becuase I don't have a steady hand to draw it on the paint program.lol. So good luck with the move.
