Yes, everyone, the costumes are FINISHED! I was going to edit them on my computer, but, erm, that didn't work out so well. I don't really have a good editing software, so I guess you'll just have to deal with my descriptions. Teehee.

with pink tights and your shoes (this one's fairly as-is!)

Other Lilac Fairy: Dancerat



Dyed lilac, with some beading in a similar pattern to Angelsmiles128's dress. Worn with lilac tights and lilac shoes (the shoes and tights will be dyed together so that they're the same color. That way, you can wear purple pointes, but the line of your leg won't be broken. Everybody wins!)

Female Bluebird:KU_Ballerina



with matching blue "wings" (triangular shaped panels that are sewn onto each side of the dress, and then have a row of ties to tie to her arm and wrist, so that she "flaps" her wings everytime she moves her arms. I'll make sure to make the panels a large enough size that she can put her arms in fifth en haut, to be sure the panels aren't too binding) with pale blue tights and either pink or blue shoes (in this case, I think that pink shoes would break up her line more than blue ones, because her tights will be blue) Under the ties of the wings, she'll be wearing white lacy full-length armwarmers, so that her costume is more feminine.


Male Bluebird: Stagebrat




With the same sort of wings as the female bluebird, pale blue tights, and either blue or pink shoes. (Again, I'm in favor of blue)

Puss In Boots: DancingMeggs



I'd add a long, thin strip of brown to the back as a tail, a set of brown ears (those are more in the hair dept, but I figured I'd just put em in anyway!) armwarmers dyed to match the unitard, , and tall tall tall jazz boots with the soles cut out and pinned to your regular dance shoes so that they look like boots but are really not ... sort of like spats, but boot-shaped

White Cat: nikiyaballerina





with white arm and legwarmers, white tights, white ears, and your dance shoes (either white shoes or pink shoes ... again, I'm all for having shoes match tights so the line isn't broken, so here I'd say white shoes, but I know white shoes can be a pain and whatnot, so your choice)

Little Red Riding Hood: dancrgurl92



with a red hooded cape of a similar material and cut, possibly a basket, pink tights, and either normal or red satin pointes, depending on your personal preference

Queen Florestan: Dancechick2012



I liked this one better than the other costume. It seems more queenly to me. With pink tights and pink pointes, she'll be a knockout.

This one would just be as is. Horray!

Wolf:pointeballerina



With black legwarmers, and either pink shoes and tights or black shoes and tights, depending on her preference

Carabosse: Dancing_Bianca



Carabosse will wear this with long black gloves, black tights, and black shoes. It's all about black.


Prince Florestan's sisters: jpv110, pointeballerina, Dancing_Bianca, and dancerchic16




with some small embellishments (silk roses, beading, piping at the hems, etc) to each dancer's discretion, pink tights, and normal shoes. (If they'd like to wear a matching party hat, they could do that too.)

jpv110 would be blue and pointeballerina would be lilac, unless they would prefer to have it be the other way around. Dancing_Bianca and dancerchic16 would both wear white. These colors were originally picked to establish a certain pattern, but that was before it was decided if they were going to use 4 sisters. Therefore, if you guys want to pm each other and work out who has what color, that's fine. Just be sure to post it if you change colors.

i was wondering,does he have a skirt?

Yes, he does! (she does ... I'm the male bluebird ... oh well ... IT!) The reason its wearing a the longer skirt is that to me, showing your thighs is more feminine. I did consider switching them - the shorter skirt would then represent the male bluebird's tail feathers- but ... I don't know. I originally went with a blue leotard, but I looked at it and it just ... didn't look right to me. Hmm.
