This is them doing a leap frog. Does anyone have any fairly simple transitions or pyramids that look good. Due to our comp guidelines the team is only allowed to do things at elevator height, but they can do show-and-go's, bottle rockets, straddles, flat backs and pendulums, we've almost got full ups.... They are capable of doing extensions and libs, but the restrictions mean we can't do them in comp.
